MyPiction Terms of Service
By using the MyPiction.com web site ("Site"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
Basic Terms

-- You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the MyPiction.com site and related services.

-- You must not modify, adapt or hack MyPiction.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with MyPiction.com .

-- You must not create or submit unwanted email to any MyPiction members "Spam").

-- You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

-- You must not, in the use of MyPiction, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

-- MyPiction reserves the right to remove any image for any reason whatsoever. Specifically, any image uploaded that is pornographic or offensive in nature (including nudity, violence, sexual acts, or sexually provocative images.), infringes upon copyrights not held by the uploader, is illegal or violates any laws, will be immediately deleted.

-- MyPiction reserve the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our servies for any reason.

-- MyPiction cannot be held liable for any damages.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your MyPiction.com account. While MyPiction.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that MyPiction cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the MyPiction.com service at your own risk.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the MyPiction.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Service, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement. We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
The MyPiction service makes it possible to post images and text hosted on MyPiction to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites which display data hosted on MyPiction.com must provide a link back to MyPiction. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.
You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Site. By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give MyPiction a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Site. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling MyPiction to display, distribute and promote the Site.You agree that this license includes a right for MyPiction to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom MyPiction has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such Content in connection with the provision of those services.
You understand that MyPiction, in performing the required technical steps to provide services to our users, may (a) transmit or distribute your Content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media. You agree that this license shall permit MyPiction to take these actions.
You confirm and warrant to MyPiction that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above license.
